Do you have a physical store?

No, we don’t have a permanent storefront. Any photos or videos you’ve seen are from our pop-ups and community activations.

How can I return or exchange my merchandise?

All sales are final.

Before purchasing, please review the material details listed for each item, especially clothing, to ensure you’re making the right choice.

When will I receive my order?

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days after purchase. If you haven't received your tracking number within this timeframe, please contact us at seankyle@piecefiles.com for assistance.

The item I want is sold out. Will it be restocked?

We only restock our signature rope ripstop snapback hats. All other items are limited edition and produced in small batches.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
