How can I return or exchange my merchandise?

All sales are final.

However, we offer a lifetime warranty on our snapback hats. If the snap closure breaks due to natural wear, we will replace your hat with an available hat from our current stock. To request a replacement, please email info@piecefiles.com with a description of the issue and clear photos.

Before purchasing, please review the material details listed for each item, especially clothing, to ensure you’re making the right choice.

When will I receive my order?

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days after purchase. If you haven't received your tracking number within this timeframe, please contact us at info@piecefiles.com for assistance.

The item I want is sold out. Will it be restocked?

We only restock our signature rope ripstop snapback hats. All other items are limited edition and produced in small batches.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
